MedX Pharmacy is a leader in providing high-quality nutrition, beauty, health and wellness over-the-counter products, and health essentials based in Dubai. With a commitment to making healthcare more accessible, we are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive the growth of our online retail operations within the pharmacy and healthcare sector. This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated professional with experience in managing e-commerce platforms and optimizing digital marketing strategies in the retail pharmacy space.

Role Overview:

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the online retail operations at MedX Pharmacy. This role requires strong expertise in driving online sales, improving user experience, and ensuring seamless website management. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management within GCC and a proven track record in optimizing sales channels, digital marketing, and operational workflows. The E-Commerce Manager will also collaborate with internal teams, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and leverage data insights to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Strategy & Sales Growth:

  • Develop and implement sales-driven strategies to boost online presence, revenue, and market share for MedX Pharmacy's digital platforms.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize conversions and profitability.
  • Work closely with the offline and online marketing teams to strategize customer acquisition and retention tactics.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for growth across emerging digital platforms and partnerships.

Online Marketplace & Website Management:

  • Ensure smooth operation and continual enhancement of the company's e-commerce website, improving user experience, sales efficiency, and overall site performance.
  • Manage product performance across digital marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee UI/UX improvements, checkout optimizations, and digital marketing integrations to enhance the customer journey and ensure competitiveness in product search and recommendations.

Google Merchant Center, Analytics & AdSense:

  • Manage Google Merchant Center to optimize product feeds and ensure visibility across Google Shopping.
  • Use Google Analytics to track website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion trends, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee Google AdSense campaigns to maximize advertising revenue and enhance digital engagement.

Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer retention to track success and align with business goals.
  • Conduct regular data analysis using SEO tools and e-commerce dashboards to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize product descriptions, pricing models, and advertising performance.

Inventory & Order Fulfillment:

  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure accurate stock levels, timely order processing, and efficient logistics.
  • Develop strategies to reduce stockouts, manage returns, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Customer Engagement & Retention:

  • Implement personalized marketing campaigns through CRM tools, email marketing, and remarketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop strategies to improve the customer experience, including optimized product recommendations and loyalty initiatives.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

  • Ensure all e-commerce operations comply with DHA guidelines, UAE e-commerce regulations, and platform-specific policies.
  • Stay informed and proactive on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting online pharmacy sales.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management in the GCC region.
  • Strong expertise in Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in A/B testing, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
