Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies that drive traffic and sales across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and purchasing trends using advanced analytics tools to optimize product offerings and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels to foster customer trust and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, utilizing A/B testing to refine approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and service providers to enhance the e-commerce platform's capabilities.
  • Manage budget allocation and resource planning for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth through effective marketing and operational strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and e-commerce platforms to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, particularly in regions where the business operates.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasts related to e-commerce projects.
  • Creative problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
