Job description

The ECommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire ecommerce operations including website management, product listings, online sales, digital marketing, and marketplace expansion. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong SEO & SEM knowledge, and expertise in handling online consumer electronics brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee end-to-end ecommerce operations including website management, product listings, inventory and order fulfillment.
  2. Manage and optimize the brands ecommerce platform (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom-built).
  3. Ensure seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout, payment, and post-purchase support.
  4. Implement A/B testing and UX/UI improvements to enhance website performance.
  5. Manage and optimize brand presence on online marketplaces like Amazon, Noon, Sharaf DG, Carrefour, and other regional platforms.
  6. Develop strategies to improve product visibility, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement.
  7. Ensure alignment between offline retail and online ecommerce strategies to drive seamless omnichannel experiences.
  8. Drive revenue growth through SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
  9. Plan and execute ecommerce campaigns, flash sales, and promotions to boost sales and conversion rates.
  10. Analyze and optimize product pricing, discounts, and bundling strategies to maximize profitability.
  11. Oversee email marketing, remarketing campaigns, and customer retention strategies.
  12. Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure stock availability.
  13. Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment efficiency.
  14. Reduce order cancellations, returns, and improve logistics efficiency.
  15. Track and analyze key ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  16. Generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and digital marketing effectiveness.
  17. Implement data-driven decision-making to improve ecommerce performance and user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, ECommerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in retail electronics or consumer technology brands.
  3. Expertise in Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms.
  4. Strong experience in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Noon, and other regional marketplaces.
  5. Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing.
  6. Experience in website UI/UX optimization, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and A/B testing.
  7. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and ecommerce reporting tools.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive retail environment.
  9. Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage external partners and vendors.
