E-commerce Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall ecommerce strategy to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Manage the companys online store ensuring optimal performance user experience and product presentation.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute promotional campaigns including seasonal offers and new product launches.
- Analyze website traffic and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Oversee the product catalog including pricing inventory updates and ensuring accurate descriptions and images.
- Manage relationships with thirdparty platforms (e.g. Amazon Noon) to maximize brand visibility and sales.
- Implement SEO SEM and other digital marketing strategies to increase organic and paid traffic.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment coordinating with logistics teams for timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Track and report on KPIs including revenue traffic conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce management preferably in the electronics or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing hightraffic ecommerce websites.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Magento) and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads).
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics Tableau or similar.
- Excellent understanding of SEO SEM and other performance marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
