Take over a key role as an E-commerce Funnel Specialist in the Marketing department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

1. Create, upload, and maintain service funnels across multiple platforms
2. Develop error-free and consistent content for service funnels adhering to established guidelines
3. Oversee funnel content management to ensure updates are executed accurately and on time
4. Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to gather funnel requirements and manage updates
5. Analyze funnel performance and implement improvements for better customer engagement
6. Ensure consistency in funnel attributes and adherence to content quality standards
7. Optimize funnel content based on user behavior and analytics insights
8. Manage the activation, revamp, and regular updates of funnel attributes
9. Proactively identify and resolve issues in funnel processes to ensure smooth operation
10. Serve as the liaison between Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams for seamless communication
11. Utilize CRM systems and digital content tools to manage and monitor funnels effectively
12. Incorporate AI tools for content creation and copywriting to enhance efficiency
13. Track and report on key performance indicators, including funnel accuracy, updates, and activations
14. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance funnel content strategies
15. Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional collaborations

What we are looking for:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. +3 years of experience in funnel management, e-commerce listing, or similar roles
3. Proven expertise in CRM systems and digital content management tools
4. Strong attention to detail for error-free uploads, updates, and funnel consistency
5. Experience working in startup, tech, app, or e-commerce environments
6. Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting and content development
7. Knowledge of user behavior on e-commerce platforms and best practices in funnel optimization
8. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
9. Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills
10. Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented approach
11. Experience with Arabic content writing and proofing (nice to have)
12. Familiarity with the home services industry (nice to have but can be learned on the job)
