Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from product listings to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Optimize the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
