E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a driven and passionate E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team in the Middle East based in our Regional Head Office in Jebel Ali, Dubai to manage and optimize our presence across various Ecommerce websites and create a seamless and compelling shopping experience for our customers.

This Is How You WOW

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of our products on major online websites.
• Optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and pricing.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer reviews to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability on e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by promptly addressing reviews, inquiries, and issues.
• Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and product launches across multiple platforms.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall e-commerce strategy.
• Implement feedback and continuously improve to enhance customer satisfaction.
  
  

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, Digital marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management, preferably with a focus on platforms such as Amazon.
• Solid knowledge of algorithms and best practices for enhancing product visibility.
• Familiarity with e-commerce trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Curious, with a can-do attitude and a passion for e-commerce.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
