Job description
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a dedicated customer service mindset and skills.
- Independently handle pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale inquiries.
- Manage communication channels, ensuring timely feedback.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.
Order Management:
- Oversee operational processes related to order management.
- Execute tasks such as order confirmation, shipping, and tracking.
- Organize and analyze order data efficiently.
- Utilize office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiently.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
Organizational and Coordination Skills:
- Possess strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Collect user feedback and competitor information to enhance service level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or diagnostic tools industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Good technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex products.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- UAE valid driving license is an added advantage.
