Job description

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate a dedicated customer service mindset and skills.
  2. Independently handle pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale inquiries.
  3. Manage communication channels, ensuring timely feedback.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.

Order Management:

  1. Oversee operational processes related to order management.
  2. Execute tasks such as order confirmation, shipping, and tracking.
  3. Organize and analyze order data efficiently.
  4. Utilize office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiently.
  5. Maintain proper records and documentation.

Organizational and Coordination Skills:

  1. Possess strong organizational and coordination skills.
  2. Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  3. Collect user feedback and competitor information to enhance service level.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or diagnostic tools industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  5. Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  6. Good technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex products.
  7. Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  8. UAE valid driving license is an added advantage.
