Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in executing an ongoing strategy for E-Commerce, inclusive of both sales and marketing plans.
  2. Day-to-day management of the ecommerce website including product and content upload, writing product descriptions, site optimization, and merchandising.
  3. Web designing and daily website amendments.
  4. Responsible for the delivery of the online sales plans, and contribute to the regular re-forecasting process throughout the year.
  5. Create the merchandising strategy for the website to ensure key products are featured prominently, and cross-sell & up-sell opportunities are maximized.
  6. Ensure necessary content for all on-site campaigns is being developed and delivered within set deadlines.
  7. Produce seasonal product sell-through analysis.
  8. Define online KPIs and provide weekly and monthly trade summaries and reports Acquisition & CRM.
  9. Plan ongoing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  10. Drive new customer acquisition via channels including PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEO, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates.
  11. Continuously seek new ways of understanding and fulfilling the needs of our customers, improving customer satisfaction in the shopping funnel and journey.
  12. Work closely with technology and brand teams to identify and drive opportunities to optimize navigation and usability to maximize conversion.
  13. Deal with customer queries/complaints.
  14. Actively grow subscriber database and drive data capture initiatives within the business.
  15. Good knowledge of ESPs (Email Service Providers) and the ability to plan, build, and send regular email newsletters plus set up basic automated email campaigns.
  16. Manage all 3rd party agency relationships.
  17. Management of 3PL (3rd party logistics) provider.
  18. Ensure optimum stock levels are maintained and out-of-stock situations are managed effectively, providing stock updates to online customers.
  19. Ensure all payment processing, fraud management, and post-purchase customer service for the online channel are managed effectively.
  20. Manage seasonal ecommerce product photography shoots.
  21. Confirmation and processing of POs.
  22. Confirming and processing daily orders received on any E-Commerce portals where we sell our products.

Quality:

  1. Meet productivity and accuracy targets for assigned audit and quality processes.
  2. Track and monitor team productivity on a weekly and monthly basis.
  3. Schedule and take care of all team meetings and ad hoc requests by senior vendor manager.
  4. Provide training to the team on pricing rules and processes.
  5. Prepare and analyze data and build weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for owned processes.
  6. Drive process/system improvements based on ongoing trends and gaps.
  7. Create ad hoc operational reports and status updates as needed, then communicate the same to managerial levels.
  8. Meet SLAs and resolve tickets.
  9. Determine error correlations, identify process trends in order to drive improvement in mapping and audit operations.
  10. Provide expert information and solutions to specific business quality processes.
  11. Provide training and updates on market analysis.
  12. Execute assigned project components of specific quality processes.
  13. Carry out tactical issue-based communications with internal stakeholders.
  14. Take Error Calibration sessions for operations teams to increase their accuracy.
