Arabian Trading Agency is a leading distributor of Watches, Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics. Founded in 1970, the company has strong roots in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and has expanded its distribution network across Middle East and Africa. We are seeking an E-Commerce & Data Entry Executive with knowledge of managing E-commerce accounts and generating sales through various channels.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Management of Amazon, Noon and other E-Commerce platforms
Creating and implementing the E-commerce strategy
Find new products on bases of market analysis
Price Comparison with competing brands
Analyze, monitor and report account’s performance metrics, sales, competitive listings and pricing
Optimization of PPC, Amazon algorithm, keyword research
Develop and apply strategies on Amazon FBA
Manage the company's own Shopify based E-commerce website
Improving customer experience across all channels and ensure marketing plans are implemented smoothly
Focusing on E-commerce services and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain and optimize eCommerce product descriptions, fields, attributes, and images
Basic product image editing in Photoshop
Collaborate with staff to handle website customer support needs
Stock-in of products on Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software
Entering Sales Invoices, Purchase Returns, Credit Notes, and other entries in Company’s ERP
Other Data Entry Functions
Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports and Website Analytics
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from a well-regarded university
Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to effectively work in a team
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales tar
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
