E-com Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations for e-commerce orders ensuring smooth order fulfillment from warehouse to customer.
2. Collaborate with warehouses, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to manage inventory levels, order processing, and shipping schedules.
3. Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues that arise during the shipping process.
4. Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery status, and inventory levels.
5. Ensure that all logistical processes adhere to quality standards, company policies, and customer expectations.
6. Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates, tracking information, and any issues that may arise.
7. Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics.
8. Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve delivery times.
9. Work with the IT team to manage and update logistics systems and software ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
10. Prepare reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
11. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in e-commerce logistics.
12. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards related to shipping and logistics.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination with a focus on e-commerce or retail logistics.
3. Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and shipping software.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with various stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving skills to address logistics-related issues and optimize processes.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including customer service, IT, and operations.
10. Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
11. Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.
12. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
