Dubai Personal Assistant

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Hybrid Role: Onsite work at the employer's home in Al Barari, office-based work in Dubai Hills Business Centre, and some remote work.

The Company and Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to work alongside Marisa Peer, a world-renowned speaker, hypnotherapy trainer, and bestselling author, and John Davy, a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of the Marisa Peer company.

As a PA, you will manage both their private and business affairs. To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of their dynamic lifestyle and commitments. Extensive knowledge of Dubai is essential, and you must be based within easy reach of Al Barari. Experience working with entrepreneurs or globally recognized figures is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with a global team, particularly UK-based PAs.
2. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and provide full daily/event briefings.
3. Visit the home as required and work onsite at various locations in Dubai with some remote work.
4. Book and coordinate travel, transport, and accommodation.
5. Act as the first point of contact for Dubai-related matters and liaise with other PAs.
6. Assist with purchases, daily tasks, and other requests.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to high-profile individuals.
2. Experience in venue negotiation, event coordination, and scheduling is a plus.
3. Strong communication skills with English as your first written and spoken language.
4. Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and Apple/Mac products.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Comfortable with a flexible working approach.
7. Full clean UAE driving license.
8. Basic filming/photography skills for content and social media support.
