Draughtsman Architect

• Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
• Revise designs based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to changes.
• Prepare presentation drawings and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized documentation of all project drawings and revisions for easy access and reference throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input and insights to enhance design collaboration and problem-solving.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility, ensuring real-world conditions are reflected in designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred, providing a strong foundation in design principles.
