Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Draughtman Civil and Structure to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in both civil and structural drafting with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate drawings for civil and structural projects using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Review and analyze technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Make necessary revisions and modifications to drawings based on feedback from the project team.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all drawings.
• Manage and maintain drawing files and records.
• Communicate with clients and contractors to address any concerns or issues related to the drawings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in drafting technology and techniques.
• Train and mentor junior draughtsman as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural drafting; experience in the UAE is a must.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (2D and 3D).
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
