Skillset:

1. Proven experience as an architectural draftsman (10+ years), architectural technician, or similar role in the construction or architecture industry.
2. Experience with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
3. Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
4. Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and building practices.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawing and design.
6. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members.
