Draftsman

We are hiring a Draftsman with not less than 7 years of solid experience in the marble industry. The role requires preparation of detailed drawings for marble products such as countertops, flooring, wall cladding, and sculptures. Working closely with architects, engineers, project managers, the Draftsman ensures that designs are accurately created and implemented in line with client requirements, industry standards, and technical specifications. This role requires technical expertise in CAD software, strong attention to detail, and an in-depth understanding of marble and stone materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Drawing Creation

• Prepare Detailed Drawings: Create accurate, clear, and comprehensive technical drawings, including 2D and 3D designs, for various marble products such as countertops, tiles, cladding, sculptures, and flooring.
• Use CAD Software: Employ AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software tools to design marble components that align with architectural specifications.
• Shop Drawings: Produce shop drawings for manufacturing purposes, indicating precise measurements, cutting lines, and material quantities.

2. Design Coordination

• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to understand the design requirements and constraints of each project.
• Design Modifications: Incorporate client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs to ensure that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Customization: Work with the design team to create customized designs for unique or complex marble projects, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
