Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the document control system, including document storage, retrieval, and distribution.
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure documents are properly controlled and easily accessible.
- Track document versions, revisions, and approvals.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure document integrity and compliance.
- Provide training and support to staff on document control processes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of document control processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
