Manage and maintain all documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
Coordinate the flow of documentation between department and external parties.
Support Accounts department by processing invoices, payments & reconciling financial records.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions & assist in preparing financial reports.
Ensure compliance with Company policies & procedures regarding documents control & financial process.
Minimum required experience: 2 years in UAE (Real Estate Sector)
