Responsible for digitalizing and accurately attributing documents to the electronic document management system.
Maintain and organize company/project/department electronic document systems, filing, and records for easy retrieval and proper documentation within corporate guidelines.
Ensure the receipt acknowledgements, safekeeping, and distribution of commitments (i.e., contracts, agreements, joint ventures, variations, memorandum of understanding, etc.).
Guarantee a reliable source of information in terms of documentation, agreements, and proper channels.
Monitor the flow of borrowed documents from the document control room.
Support corporate archiving functions as required.
Maintain and adhere to confidentiality requirements for and on behalf of the department.
Perform any other additional duties as required by the line manager.
Education:
Professionally qualified/relevant degree/diploma, plus experience in similar or related roles.
Experience:
3-5 years in a related field.
