We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation efficiently for a mall project based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all documents are properly filed, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction, engineering, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of document control standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Copy, scan, and store documents.
• Check for accuracy and edit files.
• Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows).
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
• Ensure all technical documents (drawings/guidelines, etc.) available for the project team are the most up to date.
• File documents in physical and digital records. Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the project.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
