Document Control Assistant
Job description
- Maintain records of monthly payment applications, payment certifications & invoices.
- Update monthly payment logs (payment applications, certifications & invoicing).
- Track the payment applications, certificates & invoices, and notify on the submissions that are due.
- Maintain records of variation & claim submissions update logs.
- Assist Sr. Quantity Surveyor and Sr. Project Engineers in collecting information from the project managers for monthly reports.
- Maintain up-to-date project records including contracts, permits, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and stored in an organized manner for future reference.
- Communicate with internal teams including procurement, project control (planning & QS), HR, and finance to support operational requirements.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Project Managers, Head of Projects, and team on documentation and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
Additional Information:

- Fresh graduate or 0-2 years experience.
