Job Description:

Oversee the implementation of the DC regulations.

Oversee the licensing and review of license applications from an economic and technical perspective.

Provide recommendations on the grandfathering of existing DC players based on comprehensive economic and technical evaluations.

Review and update of DC licensing conditions and requirements.

Manage the development of a comprehensive database for the DC sector capturing key technical and financial data and statistics.

Oversee the implementation and review of district cooling codes.

Manage the review of feasibility studies for district cooling in new developments.
