Distribution Package Manager

Liwa, Western Region, Abu Dhabi

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Manage specific work packages (e.g., civil, mechanical, or electrical), ensuring alignment with project milestones and specifications.
2. Coordinate design submissions, reviews, and approvals with DELIVERY CONTRACTORS and SUPERVISION CONSULTANTS.
3. Monitor package execution, addressing any technical or schedule-related challenges.
4. Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality, and regulatory standards within the package scope.
5. Maintain detailed records of progress and issues, providing inputs for project reporting.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

1. A bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Civil, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience, including minimum (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
2. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.
3. 15+ years in managing specialized engineering packages within EPC Contractor projects.
