Distribution Clerk

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed during service delivery to the customers.
2. Delivering consistently and error-free to all our customers.
3. Appearing presentable to the customer.
4. Being punctual at work.
5. Reporting any marketing activities noticed by competitors to the supervisor and salesman.
6. Attracting new customers where applicable.
7. Ensuring the vehicle used is maintained properly (servicing the vehicle, oil change, etc.).
8. Liaising with the Contact Center for special orders received from customers.
9. Managing the route efficiently; physical activity is a part of the job.
10. Any ad hoc activities related to the business as instructed by the Distribution Driver.
