Dispatcher

• Dispatching courier drivers to pick up and deliver shipments to their respective destinations
• Monitoring and tracking the progress of courier drivers to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinating with customer service team to address any potential delays or issues
• Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and deliveries
• Ensuring that all packages are handled and transported in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and requests from different sources
• Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving complaints
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatching role, preferably in the courier or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of geographic areas and routes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using dispatch software and other computer programs
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
