Job Responsibilities
- Dispatch couriers for deliveries, ensuring efficient routes and timely deliveries.
- Monitor all incoming orders and prioritize based on urgency and delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and proof of delivery.
- Communicate with couriers regarding any changes or updates to delivery instructions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any delivery-related issues and ensure optimal service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a dispatching or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with logistics software and databases.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
