Dispatch Officer

• Product Receiving: Oversee the process of receiving goods, ensuring correct GRN (Goods Receipt Note) is taken, as per scheduled orders.
• Product Dispatching: Oversee the dispatch process for products packed in drums, ensuring the correct quantity, product type, and customer requirements are met for every shipment.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transport teams and third-party logistics providers to schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage product stock, and ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals and oils. Monitor stock levels of drums, packaging materials, and other supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
• ERP & Stock Accounting: Update and maintain stock levels in the ERP system and ensure accurate stock accounting for all incoming and outgoing products.
• Handling of Drums & Other Containers: Ensure safe and proper storage and dispatch of drums and other bulk containers as per standard safety protocols.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for dispatch, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping labels. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Customs Documentation: Manage and ensure compliance with customs formalities, including BOL (Bill of Lading), BOE (Bill of Entry), and other regulatory paperwork.
• Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all necessary information is shared efficiently. Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports, highlighting any issues, delays, or discrepancies in the dispatch process.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any field (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Communications, or a related discipline).
• Age: 25-30 years.
• Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in warehousing management, preferably in an oil, chemical, or bulk storage environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Arabic knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with team members and with transport teams and third-party logistics.
