Contract Details: Full-time

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the dispatch operations for our clients.
2. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
3. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and update systems with relevant information.
4. Monitor and track the progress of dispatches to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
6. Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process and provide solutions.
7. Maintain a good relationship with clients and provide excellent customer service.
8. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze dispatch data.
9. Utilize excellent keyboard skills to enter data accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
4. Exceptional keyboard skills.
5. Previous experience in transport management within the UAE is an added advantage.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Team player with a positive attitude.
