Dishwasher

Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Cleaners with knowledge of dishwashing to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our restaurant, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean plates, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools.
• Sort, rinse, and properly store dishes and equipment after cleaning.
• Dispose of waste and ensure garbage bins are emptied and cleaned regularly.
• Assist kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cleaner or Dishwasher (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and dishwashing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to handle cleaning and dishwashing tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
