Provide thought leadership for technology/consulting relating to digital applications and related technologies.
Ability to listen and comprehend a business problem and develop/articulate the technology solution. This role requires a strong business understanding and technology knowledge to bring the business and technology components together to form a solution.
Attend meetings with potential Clients and Channel Partners to determine requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct and channel customers. Must articulate the company’s capabilities and solutions, positioning to both business and technical users.
Experience in working with key stakeholders in the Company to progress an opportunity, including close alignment with Sales, Product Management and Delivery.
Build productive relationships by responding to all queries and requirements posted by clients.
Create proposals that articulate the value proposition, solution to the requirements from the client, and our approach to delivering the solution.
Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs.
Possess an understanding of sales methodologies and apply them in a sales situation.
Create Solution documentation alongside a Statement of Work as part of the transition from Sales/Presales to Delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
10+ years of experience in crafting compelling proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and presentations for Digital Tech / BankTech solutions.
Experience in coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with Sales Team/Stakeholders.
Rich understanding of digital trends in the market.
Banking Domain Products & Solutions Expertise.
Masters/Bachelor’s in management or relevant field.
