DIRECTOR - SECURITY

Job Title: Director - Security

Location: Dubai

Job Summary: As a Director - Security, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of various SuccessFactors modules, including Performance Management (PMGM), Succession Planning, Time Off, Compensation Management, and Employee Central. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and design, configure, and support solutions that align with the organization's HR and talent management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for SuccessFactors module implementation.
2. Design and configure SuccessFactors modules, including PMGM, Succession Planning, Time Off, Compensation Management, and Employee Central, to meet business needs.
3. Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure the modules are functioning correctly and meeting business requirements.
4. Support end-users and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors modules, providing training and guidance as needed.
5. Keep up-to-date with SuccessFactors releases, new features, and best practices to ensure the system is optimized and aligned with industry standards.
6. Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of SuccessFactors with other HR and IT systems.
8. Participate in project planning and provide recommendations for improvements in HR and talent management processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors modules, including PMGM, Succession Planning, Time Off, Compensation Management, and Employee Central.
3. Certification in SuccessFactors is mandatory.
4. Strong knowledge of HR and talent management processes and best practices.
5. Proficiency in system testing and quality assurance.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
8. Ability to keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology.
9. Project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
