Director of School Operations

Ambassador Group of Schools is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of School Operations to join and support our growing group of schools in the UAE including the Indian and IB curricula schools. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding family of Schools that prides itself in being a supportive and inclusive community dedicated to excellence in education.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the operational success of Ambassador Group of schools. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of all facilities, IT, security, administration, and compliance issues across the school, ensuring a safe, efficient, and conducive learning environment for our students and staff. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for excellence in educational operations. The candidate must have an eye for detail and ensure all aspects of school operations run smoothly, overseeing all non-academic day-to-day operations of the Ambassador Group of Schools, and ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of education and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.
2. Ensure that the school complies with all relevant regulations and maintains a safe environment for students and staff.
3. Develop and manage the schools' operational budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost-effective practices.
4. Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to develop and implement long-term operational strategies that support the school's mission and goals.
5. Develop and oversee crisis response protocols, ensuring the school is prepared for emergencies and unforeseen events.
6. Inspire, lead, and manage the schools' operations team to achieve operational excellence by providing guidance, professional development, and performance evaluations.
