The Role:
A position is available to manage customers within the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking industries. This person will identify, develop, and grasp opportunities, working with colleagues across the organization and the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customers within the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking industries.
- Drive strategic engagement and commercial relationships with key customers; ensuring Moody's delivery.
- Deliver an enterprise proposition to customers that addresses their specific and strategic needs while establishing C-suite dialogue and relationships.
- Find new opportunities through strategic projects to scale against core customers; lead extension of propositions.
- Build, deliver, and track strategic account plans; forecast and report key information and performance indicators.
- Connect customers to Moody's: serve as the most senior relationship leader and escalation point, making connections to address opportunities and resolve issues.
- Leverage deep insight into target sectors to uncover opportunities and risks for customers.
- Share feedback and market intelligence with internal segments and management.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience as an individual contributor leading complex software and data sales into a wide range of GCC and wider Middle East Financial Industry accounts.
- Experience confidently delivering complex and large-ticket sales while handling the sales processes from end to end. Preferably strong Risk knowledge spanning national and international regulations such as Basel, IFRS9, Climate, Cyber, and GRC.
- Strong overall knowledge of banking and the importance of Risk and Analytics in key workflows.
- Strong work ethic, independent, systematic, highly organized, persuasive, and friendly, with the ability to interact with prospects and customers at all levels.
- Strong networker: connected into relevant industries; abreast of latest trends.
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Expert Arabic language skills preferred.
- BA/BS & Advanced degree (MBA, JD/LLB, MA/MS, MEng, etc.) preferred.
