Director Procurement Contracts

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide training, guidance and leadership to all Contracts and Procurement employees.
2. Review all program activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives.
3. Act as prime interface, verbally and in writing, between program management and the Foreign Government Oversight Committee on contractual matters.
4. Interface with corporate headquarters, in-country legal counsel and others as required.
5. Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System program.
6. Review and evaluate customer requests for changes or revisions to the contract.
7. Coordinate with financial and functional management in developing prime contract proposals.
