Opportunity:
Tagit is looking for a Director Presales who is responsible for defining the solutions to prospects and clients using Tagit’s products and capabilities to meet the client’s digital strategy and requirements. This includes the ability to conduct initial presentations, facilitate client discussions and workshops, and properly document the proposed solution, end to end. To support this solution work is the ability to create and maintain presentations, demonstrations, and documents to support the presales work.

This role requires a technical background in digital technologies. The Director Presales will report to the Head of Product Management & Pre-Sales.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide thought leadership for technology/consulting relating to digital applications and related technologies.
  • Listen and comprehend business problems and develop/articulate the technology solution.
  • Combine strong business understanding with technology knowledge to form a solution.
  • Attend meetings with potential clients and channel partners to determine requirements and ensure all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
  • Drive and manage the presales process with direct and channel customers, articulating the company’s capabilities and solutions to both business and technical users.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the company including Sales, Product Management, and Delivery.
  • Build productive relationships by responding to all queries and requirements posted by clients.
  • Create proposals that articulate Tagit’s value proposition, solution to client requirements, and approach to delivering the solution.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Understand sales methodologies and apply them in a sales situation.
  • Create Solution documentation alongside a Statement of Work as part of the transition from Sales/Presales to Delivery.

What you will bring along:

  • Experience in using digital technologies to solve business problems.
  • Deeper understanding of digital trends in the market.
  • Banking domain products & solutions expertise is an added advantage.
  • Technical domain knowledge of digital technologies.
  • Experience coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with Sales Team/Stakeholders.
  • Expertise in writing proposals/RFPs/RFIs and presentations, pre-sales business documents.
  • 10+ years of proven and strong experience in the above-mentioned skills and requirements.
  • Master's/bachelor’s in management or a relevant field.
