Director Planning Integration

Job Opportunity: Director, Planning & Integration, EMEA

We currently have an opportunity for a Director, Planning & Integration, EMEA, to join our Four Seasons Corporate team in Dubai! This role reports to the Senior Director, Planning & Integration and is responsible for:

1. Operational planning and successful integration of Global Operations initiatives, projects, and programs.
2. Focusing on the operational integration of Four Seasons pipeline through:
1. New Openings
2. Conversion
3. Expansion
4. Renovation projects
3. Identifying quality improvements across the pre-opening process.
4. Serving as the subject matter expert in the pre-opening operations process, providing leadership and opening support to pre-opening teams across EMEA and APAC.
