Manage unit resources (e.g., human resources, financial resources, IT, assets) to ensure optimal utilization and precise, efficient goal achievement within the designated timeframe.
Identify workforce needs, ensure fair workload distribution, conduct periodic performance evaluations, and provide learning and development opportunities to maintain motivation and high productivity levels.
Establish, document, and update unit policies, procedures, and processes to ensure clear operational guidelines.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to direct supervisors regarding unit activities, achievements, and relevant development proposals.

Oversee daily operations of the unit, including scheduling work and task distribution among subordinates, ensuring timely execution.
Ensure coordination among unit activities and collaboration with other institutional units to achieve strategic goals.
Functional Role:
Oversee the preparation, development, and implementation of the institution’s strategic and operational plans in coordination with relevant organizational units and affiliated entities, providing recommendations to senior management.
Supervise the design and execution of all development projects directed by senior management, providing recommendations for decision-making.
Lead the development, implementation, and review of quality systems, institutional excellence, and performance improvement requirements, ensuring compliance with international quality certification and excellence awards.
Oversee the development of manuals, regulations, and work procedures, as well as the preparation of work improvement studies based on performance evaluation results.
Manage the creation, application, review, and enhancement of knowledge management policies and procedures.
Coordinate benchmarking studies with leading institutions locally and internationally to identify best practices and their applicability.
Oversee the development and monitoring of the proposal and complaint management system to ensure service quality for employees and customers.
Undertake any other relevant tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Skills
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified EFQM Assessor, ISO Internal Auditor, PMP certification, etc.) are an advantage.
