Director of Sport

RAK Academy is seeking to appoint a Director of Sport to lead sport across the academy. Working with senior leaders, PE staff, and external providers, they will develop and implement a strategic sports programme that ensures excellence in teaching, co-curricular, and competitive sport. The role will be based in the Khuzam campus and will also oversee sport in both our Al Hamra and Al Rams campuses to ensure a strong sporting culture, aligning with global best practices, and achieving high standards in local, regional, and national competitions. Additionally, the Director of Sport will oversee inter-house competitions, academy-wide events, promote student wellbeing, and support marketing efforts to showcase achievements, ensuring that sport is a key pillar of the academy's strategic vision.
