Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and systems to drive operational excellence and achieve sales targets.
  2. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the sales operations team, ensuring alignment with the overall sales and business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team and executive management to define sales goals, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  4. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights for sales optimization.
  5. Oversee the design and implementation of sales reporting and analytics frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide performance insights to stakeholders.
  6. Lead the development and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and utilization by the sales team.
  7. Drive sales process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales initiatives and processes.
  9. Develop and implement sales training programs and provide guidance to the sales team on sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in sales and operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, operations, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar leadership role within the Sales & Operations industry.
  3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights.
  4. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales operations team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  6. In-depth knowledge of sales processes, performance metrics, and best practices.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools, such as Salesforce or Tableau.
  8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.
  9. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving sales growth and operational excellence.
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
