Job Summary

To coordinate, plan and assign assessors for inspection/audit in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignments 1 to 3 months ahead.
2. Coordinate with the sales team for any ad-hoc job assignments.
3. Liaison with stakeholders on job assignment scheduling and confirmation.
4. Flow job assignment details to assessors in a timely manner.
5. Optimize monthly utilization rate for assessors.
6. Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to stakeholders.
7. Monitor submission reports by assessors.
8. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

1. Possess minimum of Diploma and above.
2. Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling.
3. Knowledge in Management Systems and/or Food hygiene will be an advantage.
4. Resourceful & flexible approach to work and as a team player.
5. Clear and articulate presentation ability.
