As we continue to elevate our brand and expand our presence in this vibrant city, we are looking for a dynamic, driven and inspirational Director of Sales to join our pre-opening team. Reporting to our General Manager, the Director of Sales will lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Opening in Q1 2025, Cheval Collection is delighted to be adding a second Dubai property to its growing portfolio. Nestled in the heart of Expo City Dubai, our luxury apartments offer unparalleled experience of sophistication, comfort, and world-class hospitality.

As the Director of Sales, you will be the key architect of our sales strategy, responsible for positioning our luxury apartment hotel as the premier choice for guests in Dubai. You will lead a talented sales team, cultivate relationships with high-end clients, and develop innovative strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the hotel’s overall business objectives.
  2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  4. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and high-net-worth individuals.
  5. Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to senior management on performance and market dynamics.
  6. Brand Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials that highlight the unique features of our property.
  7. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, promotional events, and other innovative sales initiatives.
  8. Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that sales efforts align with the overall guest experience, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
