Job Description The Director of Sales is responsible for leading a team of Outbound Account Executives responsible for driving and executing Seamless.AI's sales and business development strategy. They will utilize a strategic mindset to identify and implement best practices, inside and outside of the company, to improve the sales process. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop and lead an engaged and high-performing team of 7-10 Outbound Account Executives, and set clear expectations based on KPIs, sales targets, and specific goals.
Inspire, motivate, and foster personal and career development of team members.
Monitor performance and provide a regular cadence for feedback, creating a collaborative culture and fostering a winning team environment.
Work with the VP of Sales to develop sales goals and targets and provide feedback to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
Provide market feedback on customer needs, evolving market trends, competitive insights, etc.
Leverage existing sales tools and build new ones to drive efficiency and effectiveness while identifying and implementing best practices inside and outside of the company to improve the sales process.

Education & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
5+ years of leadership and management experience for teams of 7+ sales professionals.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Sheets, and other technology preferred.
Experience in B2B SaaS with martech/salestech software/buyers preferred.
