Job description

Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include:

  • Facilitates, guides, and directs all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the cluster properties.
  • Measures total revenue performance against strategy and targets and adapts current strategy as necessary.
  • Actively monitors the competitive environment and elaborates revenue optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
  • Monitors changing market conditions and assesses the financial implications of market fluctuations on the property.
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing budget and business plan, taking into consideration Market Mix, Occupancy levels, Average Room Rate, RevPAR, Yield management, and revenue streams throughout both rooms and food & beverage.
  • Provides feedback on developing, implementing, and managing rate structures and strategies through market data review and demand analysis.
  • Manages all aspects of the reservations service and quality in the CRS, PMS, and related systems.

Qualifications:

  • Previous senior leadership experience within Revenue Management in a cluster role required.
  • Accor experience in UAE is required.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • High degree of professionalism with leadership, management, and business acumen capabilities.
