About the Job
We currently have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned Director of Revenue to join our Nurai Island pre-opening team. The role will be responsible for developing strategic commercial objectives and plans, driving the overall topline revenues of the resort, and leading efforts to position this unique property on the world stage of luxury travel.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing strategic plans for positioning Nurai Island as an ultra-luxury boutique resort and driving overall topline revenues.
2. Set and achieve challenging budgets and maintain accurate forecasts.
3. Manage and maintain a healthy and sustainable business mix.
4. Ensure pricing always reflects the positioning of the property, whilst meeting and exceeding overall budget targets.
5. Implement best-in-class reservations and revenue practices to build the reputation of Nurai Island as a world-class resort.
6. Collaborate with partners and tourism authorities to position Nurai Island, Saadiyat Island, and Abu Dhabi as a world-class destination.
7. Be a brand ambassador for Nurai Island.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or hotel management.
• 8+ years experience in commercial roles from ultra-luxury boutique hotels or resorts.
• 5+ years experience in leading the revenue management function of a luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience in driving the commercial strategic efforts for an ultra-luxury boutique hotel or resort.
• Experience in hotels with a strong mix of travel trade and luxury accounts.
• Experience in leasing with dignitaries and heads of state.
• Well-versed in positioning of ultra-luxury hotels.
• Highly creative and visionary mindset.
• Influential communicator.
• Strong business acumen.
• Well-connected in the luxury hotel commercial space.
• Ability to act as a brand ambassador for the island.
