Director of Payroll

Essential Functions:

• Direct payroll operations for the Corporation to ensure timely and accurate check processing and subsequent wage and tax reporting
• Administer ADP under an outsourced Service Model Agreement; identify, research, design, test, and implement changes/updates as a result of modifications in business requirements or regulations; includes monitoring and analyzing changes in tax, regulatory, and labor law for impact on operations; ensures the integrity of system data; must have an affinity for taking action to streamline and implement process improvements
• Calculate earned corporate team incentive award payments based on the approved plan and maintain supporting documentation for financial reporting purposes
