We are committed to providing our guests with unparalleled experiences and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team and lead our operations to new heights.

As the Director of Operations, you will oversee and enhance the operational functions of our luxury hotel, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. You will lead a team of department heads, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain the high standards that define our brand. Your role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Leadership:
    1. Direct and manage all operational aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverages, and maintenance.
    2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, enhance guest satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  2. Team Management:
    1. Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure high standards of service and operational effectiveness.
  3. Guest Experience:
    1. Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction by monitoring guest feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
    2. Address and resolve any operational issues or guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Financial Oversight:
    1. Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control measures.
    2. Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    1. Maintain and uphold the hotel’s luxury standards and brand reputation through rigorous quality control and adherence to service excellence protocols.
    2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  6. Strategic Planning:
    1. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans, including marketing initiatives, revenue management, and operational enhancements.
    2. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive and innovative.
