RIG (Recruitment International Group) is looking for a Director of Operations for a global hospitality company with operations based in Dubai, Spain, and Paris. There are 3 positions available in each of the locations.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations, including:

1. Managing the company budget
2. Ensuring operational compliance
3. Addressing administrative issues

Must have fine dining experience and have worked for high-end brands.

Multiple venue management experience in restaurants and beach clubs is required.

Salary range: $120,000 - $250,000 per annum + benefits + bonus. Salary is dependent on experience.
