Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
Execution of the Group's operations strategy to enhance market positioning, operating profits, and service levels tailored to region-specific needs.
Providing direction to GMs to develop annual business plans, KPIs, and capital expenditure plans ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with Group standards.
Guiding in strategy implementation by tracking properties' KPIs against targets.
Directing the preparation and consolidation of the operations budget and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Leading the development and implementation of operations policies, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure world-class service delivery and innovation.
Collaborating with GMs to implement LQA standards and achieve competitive LQA score results.

Reports to the CEO.
Must hold a Six Sigma Black Belt qualification.
Demonstrated leadership experience in one of the following:
General Manager or Senior Hotel Manager role, transitioning into an operations-focused position.
Operations Director level with a proven track record.
Experience managing a portfolio of luxury brands, aligning with the Group's positioning.
Flexibility for remote working, with no requirement to relocate to the UAE.
