Director of Operations

Our client in the Construction industry is seeking an experienced Director of Operations for opportunities in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or the United Arab Emirates.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to streamline our operational processes and drive efficiency across the organization. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure optimal performance, and collaborate with various departments to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of business functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and implement improvements as necessary.
• Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and mitigate operational risks and enhance business performance.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective supply chain management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and driving process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in operational software and tools; Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and vendor relations.
