Newly created two-year, private liberal arts college located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates requires a results-oriented Director of Marketing and Sales to lead the launch of the new college.

Key Qualifications:

1. Strong leadership and consensus building skills
2. Marketing management and strategic planning experience
3. Proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program
4. Strong preference for individuals with ability to create marketing collateral
5. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with a wide range of individuals within the organization
6. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
7. Must possess top-level business development, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
8. Need good knowledge of a wide range of software applications
9. Background in MENASA region higher education
